Me and Mr. Ng Buay Kan attended the Pre-opening event of the place, and boy-oh-boy, scissors-me-timbers! The place is swanky. I have difficulty describing the new Cannery joint, but i'd have to say that its neither lacklustre nor blowingly awesome.

My standards are impossibly stringent, okay!
One thing i have to mention though, ambience and interior designs are through the roof.
The dope entrance facelift. Familiar peeps from previous MOS seen. The door bitch, the security dudes and also the King Guard (the supersized malay Pope) seen in the picture. King Kong is now just King or King Kong the King or King King Kong.

OH OH!! the music. they were playing techno trance and indie clash electro spank rock that kinda shit.
so yeah. im not quite certain how it'll turn out in near future. but i think its almost pure shit. but to some extent, its not that bad.
