geylang geylang bo buey chao

i remembered a movie from the 80's called "The Quiet Earth" in which a guy wakes up and finds himself to be the last person on the planet. streets are empty, cars abandoned, the only sound is the wind. he then wanders a barren town wondering where all the people went, slowly starting to lose his mind. its pretty much exactly how i felt as i walked around downtown old wet market Geylang today. Geylang now is some sort of eerie, post-nuclear ghost town. abandoned buildings, garbage-strewn mud fields, empty storefronts, and nearly not a person in sight. maybe everyone killed themselves, which is what I wanted to do after about fifteen minutes.

only happening things there was the macs there..near opposite joo chiat complex... had my lunch there, and the ambience was like: .. reggae?

so anyways, the only available living and breathing organism.. in the fast food store was me, the cashier, and two reggae freak operating dudes.. no other customers or living thing.. maybe some roaches in the toilet...


someone told me i got a runway chested gals addiction...

no way dude.. i look for slim chicks with big racks... really. lol. moving on!




so i was like bored and remembered abt my sec 3 days, and remembered about being ah beng and shit and a particular movie reminded me abt those days.... so i was like find the movie i was thinkin about all along and looked for it in youtube, and fortunately they are like available,. so i wanna share u all this movie, cos this movie gives my mind some nostalgic moments back then.. the movie is kinda small, but fast loading,... but at a price of quality, so my non-chinese frens out there, sorry... but enjoy understand the movie as if ur watching some anime.. well, least u got something singaporean cool to watch...
